Privacy policy

Last updated 11 October 2026

Tinge sends one-tap signals between people and groups. It is built to need very little about you: the context that picks a signal is read on your phone and reduced there to a few coarse hints, and your location never leaves the phone.

Who we are

Tinge is operated by 30labs (CNPJ 36.742.159/0001-29), Brazil, the controller of your personal data. For anything about your data, write to privacy@gettinge.app.

What we collect

What never leaves your phone

Tinge reads location only while you use the app, never in the background.

Why we use it

We use your data only to run Tinge: to sign you in, show you your people and groups, suggest a signal, deliver signals and notifications, keep the service secure, and act on blocks. This is necessary to provide the service you asked for (LGPD art. 7, V; GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Reading context on your phone happens only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in your phone's settings. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use it to profile you.

Who processes it for us

A notification carries the sender's name, the signal and the group name. Some of these providers process data outside Brazil, under their own safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep it

Deleting your account

In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account. This deletes your account, profile, connections, invites, blocks and push tokens straight away. Groups you own are deleted with everything in them; in other groups, you are removed. Signals you sent or received lose any link to you. If you can't open the app, see how to delete your account.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, to know who we share it with, and to object to or restrict how we use it. Write to privacy@gettinge.app and we will answer within 15 days. You can also complain to Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD) or, in the European Union, to your local supervisory authority.

Children

Tinge is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has an account, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and its date, and let you know before a change that affects how we use your data takes effect.
